1. Service

Parent Telegram is school communication software. Authorized teachers and school staff use it to document student incidents, contact parents and guardians, request conferences, and keep compliance records. Access is limited to staff invited by their school. This is not a consumer lead-generation service, affiliate marketing program, or advertising network.

2. SMS and voice messaging

Program name: Parent Telegram. Organization: Parent Telegram LLC. When a school enables text or robocall outreach, Parent Telegram LLC sends school-related transactional messages to parents and guardians who provided a mobile number and consent on school enrollment, emergency-contact, or parent communication forms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

3. Prohibited messaging uses

Parent Telegram LLC does not use SMS or voice for affiliate marketing, third-party lead generation, list brokering, or promotional advertising. Mobile numbers are not sold or shared with affiliates for marketing. Messages are school-to-parent notifications only (incidents, conferences, forms, and similar school operations).

4. Acceptable use

Staff may use Parent Telegram only for legitimate school communication and compliance documentation. Spam, unauthorized disclosure of student records, and any marketing to purchased or scraped phone lists are prohibited.

5. Privacy
